I used to tent camp at a big event in Ohio. Day temps were usually between 80 and 90 degrees with a ton of dust. We were camped in a cut hay field so there was no power or water (though we could get water from the barn). A shower was a luxury.
I took a 5 gallon bucket and mounted a small bilge pump in it. I attached a long length of flexible tubing on the discharge side of the pump, and mounted a kitchen sink sprayer to the end of the tube (hose). Hook the pump to a 12 volt power soutce and you have an effective shower for knocking off the days dust. I combined this with an outdoor shower tent. Worked like a charm.
