Thanks all. Here's the video I made for the camera and light bar. I hope it is helpful to someone.

flboy, Howdy;

Don, as usual, your covering the bases. One thing I'd suggest, perhaps you've already
thought about it. Instead of having the wire dangling why not incorporate your 4-pin
plug up near the mounting point? Dangling there it could be disabled by several things,
human being one. :thinking:

Thanks Hank. Yes, I still need to install the connector. It will go upper left of the light bar. I am just waiting on a solar cable entry point which I will modify for that purpose.

At the end of the day, anyone can cut a cable on the camera or disconnect, but they will need to stand on the trailer tongue to do it. By that time, the Lexus alarm will likely go off.

Today, I received the solar cable entry ports for an RV Roof. Going screw on the 4 pin connector where the wire seal would go. I'll just drill a small hole in the front of the trailer and pass through the wires a few inches down from the roofline and just behind the camera on the left side of the light bar. My plan is to mount this on the vertical surface with the connector facing down. I think it will look good and seal well.

The part on the left is a spare. The ports came 2 in a box.

Great build flboy! Thanks for taking the time to document everything. Very helpful! :thumbsup:

I'm in the research phase now to build something similar for dirt bike and MTB trips. Currently ride a 22' Husky TE250i for the tight woods and a 22 KTM 500xcf-w set up for dual sport. The TAT is on the bucket list.

BTW, I noticed your celsius to fahrenheit conversion note above your thermostat. A quick and easy way to convert it in your head is to double the celsius number and add 30 to it. Will get you within a degree or two of the fahrenheit number.

Look forward to following the rest of your build.

Enjoying some quality time in the CTC and riding my dirtbike. At an off highway vehicle type campground in Ocala NF. I have the place to myself. Really enjoying myself and Lexus is in heaven being off leash.

It was great when we did that last year,, no one else in the camp ground.. we were told to use any spot we wanted.. :thumbsup:
Enjoy it.. ;)
Around here in Central Tex where we live.. a lot of camp grounds are empty right now, even with the nice weather..
C.O.E. lakes are so low.. that some of the ones that have Marina's on them.. have boats sitting on the bottom of the lakes...
I haven't seen the lakes this low in 40 years..
