I can't argue against a 7 wide because the beds crossways would certainly be nice but I guess I will give the 6x14 a try. I ordered it yesterday and supposed to be built this week. Hopefully I can get a few things done to it before hunting gets right this fall, but all these options about size, shape, spacing, and thickness put me behind.
