Cargo travel trailer update since ordering

Postby b.bodemer » Sun Apr 10, 2011 8:23 am

I have a five week wait for my 7 x 12 cargo trailer. Because I'm trailerless( both td and Scotty have been picked up) I'm having more done to the CT to be able to jump right in and start camping.

Insulation, roof vents, electric package with converter/battery charger, cargo door(for ac slider), side windows, awning rail, porch light and an rv door w/step should give me a good head start.

In the meantime I've organzied and cleaned up the garage and can start building the bunks/ dinette seating. I've also ordered and picked up a few items.

Here is hoping your time passes fast and hoping mine passes slow.

to much winter this year to wish it away now that it is warmer.

Hey B,

I'm starting to build another trailer. It will be a cargo design. Justine is ordering the panels that I'm using for the sides. Should have those this week. Mean time I'll be building the floor. I got an old boat trailer to build on. Cost me $40 and I had to cut up an old boat. I'll start a build thread in a few days when I have some pics to post.

My trailer will be like a Yugo and yours will be like a Cadillac! lol

Tam,

Not enough room any more for my nieces and nephews. With only one bunk the kids just fit last summer. Now I'll have two bunks or with an insert, even a queen for the upper beds.
