One of the things I noticed was the Progressive Dynamics converter from the donor unit. I don't know if you're planning on using this, and while Progressive Dynamics is as far as I am concerned the best one out there, this may well be an older and much less capable unit. I would check their website and perhaps give them a call to see if it can be updated or replace it with a new unit.

In addition to your A/C roof vent, can you show how you did the flashing around the exterior?
