When you get your cot, remember to put a mat of some sort on it in winter. Blocks the cold from underneath.

I have a foam camping mat that's I have been sleeping on right on the floor so I'm going to get a cot wide enough to fit it.

Amazon was having a deal on Rtic coolers, so I got one in the 65q flavor. It's normally $200 but thy were on sale for $168 and free shipping. Going to put this thing to work next hunting season.

So I have been noticing that I have been getting a lot of moister in my trailer with all the rain we had this winter/spring. So I climbed up to check it out and this is the condition of the sealant that I found.
Image
Image
Lots of spots where it was cracked and pulling away.
So it is time to remove the old and reseal. I took off as much of the old sealant as I could and prepped the skin of the roof too.
Image
Image
Used a wire wheel on an angle grinder and some MEK to clean and prep.
Image
Disclaimer: if you use MEK double rubber glove or use chemical gloves
Image
Used this stuff
Image
Now it says self leveling but I did use a body work putty knife to smooth and spread it out to cover all the seams.
Image
And to ensure many more years on a non leaky roof. I put on four coats of this
Image
All done, this should help cool the inside of the trailer during the summer too by reflecting the sun.

That should do it! Nice job. Does that Dicor roof coating also help with the roof temperature in the sun?

It should help reflect the sun instead of absorb so much

The Dicor is reflective. Nice work. that looks great. How long did it take before a bird showed you how much he liked it?

Very Nice. That's some kind of shop there. Handy to have access to that.
Well done, Sir.

PS Roof looks to be holding up pretty good.

McDave, Howdy;

Looks like a Coast Guard aircraft maintenance facility, our tax $'s and materials(?), hard at work ...
