Well Curtis.... the chocks came in...
And we took a short shakedown trip to the Grasslands in it, using a futon until we build a folding bunk.
The plates for the removable chocks worked out great. They are recessed into the flooring, so once you pop the chock out they are basically flush. Toss a rug down and you would never know they were there.
I am getting insulation for the ceiling today. That will be the last addition before we use it for two weeks in the desert. By using it as we build it we are seeing what works for us before everything is bolted down. I am seriously looking at using the guts of that futon and building a steel frame to make it into a bunk/couch that folds flat against the wall for traveling. Sketched out a design last night for that.
