How on earth do you get out of the ranger once its loaded?

Winch it in while standing outside ?????

The winch only works when the key is on.. So if you winch it in you still have to turn the key off.

In the photo with the ranger in the back it was driven in center, i now drive in closer to the right side of the trailer and then i just squeeze by up front, its easier going forward then going backwards

Sundays progress,
Wired the wfco converter ( that little box is one crammed thing) They could of made it 3 or 4 inches wider. I wired two plugs and hardwired the electric heater, DC side is hooked up from the converter to the trailer battery as well.

I also cut a template out of some scrap wood for the counter tops, i have counter tops getting made and i should have them by Thursday, then comes the plumbing.

Tomorrow the staining of the cabinets will be begin, i will also be staining the walls to.

Well this weekend I installed counter tops and have finished off the plumbing and installed a mini tank hot water heater. I also decided that i needed a table so i bought one that folds against the wall when not in use.
Tomorrow i am going to finish the staining and put some clear coat on it the day after. Then to finish up i am going to install some back splash and put on some door handles. Then its off camping

I am new on here but am very impressed with all that I am finding.
I am very interested in this build I am going to get a ranger and going to go as small a trailer as I can get away with and still sleep in it.
Is tha a mid sized ranger? Did you have to go with barn doors to get the height? or is it a extra height trailer? Looking forwar to more pics and ideas.

My ATV is a 2011 Mid Size Ranger 500, the 500's in the previous years were full size. I am pretty impressed with the power of the 500, i wasn't sure what to expect but when i first drove it, it sure impressed me.

My Trailer has the Ramp doors, i went this way so i wouldn't have to pack ramps. To get the extra height in a small trailer i had to have it custom made, the height of my ramp door is 77" and you need about 74" for the Ranger. My trailer was built by Continental Cargo Trailers in Oregon, they should dealers every where.

I will post some more pics tomorrow, my build should be compete in the next few days minus the back door ( i am thinking of adding some rubber tiles to it ), also in the future i might add a window with screen in my side door and possibly a powered vent in the ceiling to keep things a little cooler in it.

Well i am pretty well finished my build, i am sure i will add a few things from time to time but for the most part it is done.

I originally bought a air mattress but i slept in it one night and when i woke up it lost quite of bit of air and i didn't have a very good sleep with it so i took it back and bought a futon. When driving i take the legs off ( 4 bolts) then it sits against the wall and it is strapped, its a tight fit with the ranger but it works.

Tdog you mentioned you bought the folding table would you let us know where it was bought?

also your front cabinets, fridge, sink and counter is very unique nice

being able to build exactly what we want instead of what some designer sitting in an office somewhere thinks we want makes the CT a great buy.

I hope the CT dealers don't find out what we're doing
