I really don't get it ?????

If the stuff is making you sick why not just take it off
And replace it ? Am I missing something ?
It can't cost more then $100 and a office visit to a doctor costs $300
If you don't have health insurance .....what is your families health worth ??

My whole trailer is made of wood - thank god it does not smell :D :D

Jerry,
I did find that for the Custom Cargo trailers; Car Mate (the one you sent me to) builds then with wood uprights and can put the plywood on the outside under the aluminum. That way you would eliminate the "factory 3/8's interior plywood" and thereby allow one to use another material which might not outgass or outgass as much during the construction process. And is that not what you got with your new CT? I realize it would still outgass, but with insulation and other wall covering, the effect should not be as much (at least I think it won't).

But I am interested in the Car Mate Advantage which I do not think comes with the wood uprights.

I had zero smell inside my unit, but it did sit outside for about 3-4 weeks.

The only glue that they would have used would have been plywood / studs & the VHB for the metal siding.
I know there is zero smell because I sleep inside my unit
Everything I buy , normally if it has the slightest smell I let it sit outside for a few weeks

So far only the 15' LED lights I bought have strong chemical smell

So your safe

Just an update I guess. I painted over the plywood with Kilz primer and then 4 coats of interior latex paint in May of this year and the original odor is not as strong and there is now a fairly noticeable paint smell still even after baking and ventilating all summer. The paint had a familiar odor that I just couldn't quite put a finger on till I read the label. It contains ethylene glycol (I suppose to keep the product from freezing on the shelf) That is now the dominant odor when the trailer heats up. I thought after a couple of months the paint would cure out enough that it would go away. It got some better after about three weeks but is still very noticeable even after ventilating it out well. I have made a mesh screen for the rear of the trailer and we camp with the back doors open. It isn't toooo bad if it has been open all day and the rear doors are open. I really hate to start all over at this point. If I do it will be with a completely new trailer custom ordered without plyood on the walls and I will finish with formaldehyde free plywood on my own. My advice right now for anyone interested is to just get new plywood if it bothers you at all at the beginning of the build because I am having doubts it will ever totally go away at this point.
