thanks Prem I am very happy with it :)

that would make a nice cabin in the woods for sure Over the top, too bad it can't haul toys.

so after my last camp trip I have a better idea of where and how things need to be stored to make for an easy camp. I worked up some cabinet boxes and added some front rails to test run before building face frames and doors.

I decided to paint the floor and walls to keep down on marring woodwork which was a problem with my last trailer, it worked well for camping but not the best for toy hauling so an exterior semi gloss on the walls and a marine grade epoxy on the floor should work

we have had a couple of opportunities to take the camper out and it is changing with each one, still just making template solutions for now and trying different configurations for use. I was finally able to load the toys up for a test haul and have some fun ;)

Nice trailer you got going  Does both of those toys fit in there at the same time  and also how hard is it to raise the bed up. You did a really great job on those windows. Can't wait to get started on my new trailer but we want to just use it the way it came for a couple of trips to see where to put ever thing. I will be following this build for sure like your stile

Very nice! I really like your build. I even like the open cabinets. Without the doors on they seem to take up less room visually.

the toys are 7'6" and 8' 2" so they fit well in the box area leaving the Vnose open for winter time ideas

the bed is pretty heavy and requires 2.5 peoples to adjust or 1 person a while but I like the use and space so I think I will just have to find a way to lighten it or add a lift system for smoother use.

It is a good idea to make a cheap fixture as a template to use and test for camping and hauling as they almost always need a change of some sort and you only find out as you whack your shin or cant fit a needed box of some sort, plus I find when I'm camping you have time to look at things in a more relaxed manner because you don't have the tools to get started on the first idea I have and often come up with a better one ;)

they are kind of growing on me as well, it sure makes finding things easier although sometimes they are on the floor when you do find them

:lightbulb: check out motorcycle cargo nets. They have smaller holes and are about 10"x10" but stretch out quite a ways. I got my last one from wally world.

Well I haven't been able to work on the trailer lately but have spent some time working on a design for a convertible bed table as well as get a little more comfortable with CAD.
I guess we will see how it comes out into the real world :D

once I started laying out the table and bench legs in down position I decided that I wanted to change them up a little to add some support on the ends. I think with a decent wall mount on the other side of things that this will work out a little better :)

Poordad,
Boy I really like the outside look of your CT. Great choice.

thanks I like it and the looks make it tow well so bonus :)

I was able to take my design apart and overlay it on some measured stock so I could figure out how much steel was needed and what length to get it in :NC

now I hope it goes together nicely in the really real world :)

I especially like your two tone color scheme. But with all the discussions on insulating and keeping the heat out in the warm weather and the heat in during the cold weather, how do you think the black color will affect you? Are you concerned about it?
