Cali vs. Texas
You get screwed just as much in Texas as we get it in screwed Calif, I know because I got property there,
And I have spent a lot of time in Texas.
as a mater of fact I can PROVE TO YOU ... You can live cheaper. "retired" in Cali then Texas
But I don't wanna get into a long protracted argument.
Let's just say there is good & bad both sides of that coin & I'm not looking to convert anybody from either side 8) 8)


Texas only gives advantage to the guy who makes over $200k .....
If you were in that ballpark .... You would most likely not be on this form :D but the air stream or Prevost form.

The cost of living is significantly less in Texas than California.. Besides, all of the stuff we buy here that is labeled "known to California to cause cancer", you guys should all be on your deathbeds by now ! :lol:
I would like to trade for some of your weather about 10 months out of the year though.. :beer:
