We can all over research and then be terrified to make a move! To spray or not to spray. I might add as many grey hairs as I did picking my size!!

We need to do a test of foam board sections vs sprayed - same trailers,
Parked side by side & measure results in real life. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Hot & cold to see some real results, who is ready to donate ??
We can sell the trailers when done.

Is there a reason you didn't do a V-nose? Other than your OTT tool box?

Are you guys filling the corners with spray foam? (Like where the tail light are) If so, do you put plastic or something to cover the back of the lights so you can pull them pit if need be?

I'm really not into V nose ........Fan that much.
Also carmate may not do V nose with wood frame.
The tool box came latter

I could have gotten a V-Nose Car Mate trailer, but not in the upper grade trailer like Jerry and I got. Their V-Nose trailers were more entry level and had smaller interior dimensions (they used a short axle for these).
