Working in orthopedics, I cannot over-emphasize Hank's comments...........our problem folks are almost always the folks who didn't do (or not do) what we asked (do or avoiding).......do EXACTLY what they tell you - nothing more, nothing less.......(if unable, then discuss with surgeon)

Ditto.
I had back surgery this past May and overdid things during recovery. Now I have another back issue which I am going to the doctor to treat again.

Thanks guys just got my stiches out today. 20 in all, most came out easy but a couple hurt like a mother. Got my PT plan today too. Going to follow it like you guys say, it's all a waiting game really. Hand surgeon doesn't knw it my ulna nurve will ever come back or not, After being flatten for 15mm for so long he gives me a 50/50 chance. All I can do is hope for the best and do everything I can do to strengthen the rest of my hand back up.
