Two words.
BLOWN AWAY!!! Truly one of the best Ive seen to date. You have some complicated and expensive systems onboard. As soon as you commit to a bathroom, things change. Also, your electrical system is quite impressive and capable. In fact the entire build looks capable. The "cosmetics" truly pulled it all together to make as good of a finish as I have seen, anywhere.
Very Well Done.
Thanks for documenting this build.

Thanks everyone!!! I am extremely proud of this build. And now I have the bug to do another one. I took it to the inspection station today and it passed. No surprise there. And loaded my totes full of outdoor kitchen supplies. My dig approved of the bed, as she slept there all day in the AC while I was finishing up load out for hunting trip to Wyoming. What kind of inspection did you have to do? Just lights and weight?

McDave

PS Nice Truck! Enjoy Wyoming. It's beautiful right now, but in a month could be freezing, or not. Ya never know. But take lots of warm clothes and dress in layers. Good Luck!

Hey McDave, just the usual, tires, breaks, lights, and weight. But they don't have you weigh it, only ask what the max load weight is.

This is my first time Elk hunting, I am prepared for extremely cold to nice and cool. lol...... My pop said we could get 3 feet of snow, or none at all. I'm thinking I'll pack for the worst, hope for the best.

And thanks I'll post pictures when I can.

MAC33, Howdy;

Was the inspection a State requirement, if so which State you in???
Just being curious.

Hey Hank, yes every trailer, I believe that has brakes is required by VA to have an inspection yearly. I live in VA. BTW. So I'm unsure about other states, but here just the usual, does it have lights, brakes, how much is max load, and does everything work? And are the tires good?

Loaded my Polaris 400, fits like a glove, with room to spare. It's centered on the axles. And now to put tie down points in. The rear bunk which comes in and out works great, can sleep there when on the road. And open windows. Still room for kitchen gear.

Originally I planned for room for two ATV's that isn't going to happen. Maybe a dirt bike down the road, but definitely not two ATV's and gear too.

Would you mind sharing the company or a link for your shower pan? Thanks. Getting ready to do a complete conversion on a 7x24 Gooseneck toy hauler which will have a 10ft garage area. So I will have my hands full too!

thanks!

Hey tooldad, that's a nice size trailer. Can't wait to see pics.
They are a bit expensive, but they make them as they're ordered, so you're getting it new.

Good luck!!

thanks for the info. What really sucks is I used to have a slide in pop up truck camper which had a wet bath. I needed the space so the bathroom was removed and cabinets put in place. I sold the unit for $100. Dang! Live and Learn.

About halfway through my build, I had wished I had bought an older trailer to tear down and scavenge the parts off of. My next build, I will do just that.
