When not using the air conditioner, the vent opening is covered with a piece of white polycarbonate held in place around the perimeter with 3M’s industrial strength Velcro. Works great - no issues while driving. And no bugs flying into the vent either!

Great idea to make full size mock up. You can live with it for a while before committing to it.

Excellent craftsmanship as well as design. I have plans that I do want to get a trailer and convert it although I don't need to haul a bike. This is a thing of beauty and what I aspire to build is something that looks as nice as this.

Thank you! You’ll have a blast designing and building your own conversion - I know I did! If you ever have any questions, please reach out. Good luck!

skooter69, Howdy;

:lol: , :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: .

Truly best laugh I've had in a while. You ain't done, each time you use it you're gonna find
something that can be "improved, adjusted, fiddled with, done without", the list goes on
What you've accomplished is downright gorgeous. Without doubt. But really, you've just
opened the can-o-worms, but it is a good can.

Somehow I missed your build and will say the perfectionists in me is a little angry because the bar you set with your trailer is going to be very hard to get above lol.

Hope you get what your asking for it because as a carpenter by trade it looks like it's worth every penny of it

Thanks Wrecit! It was a blast to build, so much in fact, that I’m doing it all again. I bought a 28’ car hauler in May ‘21 and am nearly done with it.

Good evening Skooter,
In your sales ad you mentioned a ramp door patio screen tent - customized vinyl screen tent provides full coverage of the ramp door and extends interior living space. I have a Neo NAMR 7x16 with the same ramp door. Where did you source your screen tent?

Thanks,
Harry

I bought a Trim Line Screen Room and modified it to fit the trailer.
