Thank you for the explanations and photos. This cleared up the questions that I had. Now, just saving my pennies to get the trailer.

Getting ready for Biketoberfest in Daytona Beach next weekend. I replaced the ladder I messed up a few months ago. The reality is that I most likely will never put the cargo carrier on the roof, but the ladder makes a good Cell phone booster antenna mount and also a great mount with counterpoise for my Hamstick Antennas for the various HF bands.

In any case... getting the CTC ready and in the spirit of never being done, I have a few more mods I will be doing this week. All interior stuff. Pics will come.

Seems like little stuff, but the little details make a difference. I added some catches for all the doors that swing up. No longer have to hold them up while trying to get in them. The Mrs. will appreciate that. :-)

And added a sticker. :-)

Another request from the Mrs.. Put a few wall hooks up on the bathroom wall to hang a few things up. The towel rack was not enough.Go figure. ;-(

This Icemaker is obviously going to take up some valuable real estate on the counter when we are using it. I have an idea that will give me alot more working space to use when needed. Going to find the right size cutting board and make it so it can be pulled out when needed and pushed back in when not needed. It will fit right under the counter where the microwave is. I was just looking at it and it is all dead space right above the cabinet door. Perfect place for it.

I had this Bulldog safe box, so I bolted it up under the bed frame. Good place for the S&W and a few other things when I travel. Of course it can be pried off... but it would take some work and wont be just a smash and grab if they even see it under there.

Thanks... just little stuff now. After you use them a few times you start thinking of this stuff.

Ya know, that lock box is pretty good idea. Hadn't really thought about that kind of stuff too much but....could be handy to have.
Hey, I'm liking the Victory sticker. Couple of collectables right over the door. Nice.

That's true.. Victory Motorcycles is history.. That's too bad.

Oh well, I'll enjoy it as long as I can and as parts are available.

Ha! I have a couple custom steps just like that. I'm going for the pull out step next.

And I thought I was the only one! Lol

I may go with the drop step after I flip my axles on the springs. I bought a step to put on, but with these drop axles there did not appear to be enough clearance... at least not where I'd be comfortable with it hanging down there.
