Didn't get a whole lot done this week. Had to remove the fan motor from the AC and clean/oil it. Started getting a little sticky last weekend. I've got it going good now. Hopefully it'll last on a part time basis at least, for a while. Other camper has a newer AC I'm going to get as well. I plan to install a storage hatch in the floor. May try to do that this weekend! More pics to come as I get some stuff done!! :D

Well I've worked on the ct A BUNCH over the last few weeks. We've used it a few times in the process. I'm going to list some things we've done, then pics to follow in no particular order! :R

Got steps installed outside. Installed a folding handle for entry. Installed 2 lines of etrack for tying and bed rails. Modified the grey and black water tanks from Mud Bug's donor trailer, to work for my conversion. Bought a fresh tank and in the process of plumbing it in. The wife and I are taking the ct and the Harley to Galveston this weekend for a rally. We wanted to have the toilet functional for this weekend. We can take showers in the bath house at the campground. But having a flushing toilet in the trailer will be super nice for those midnight needs. I temp'd the water line from the pump to the toilet. You'll see the hole in the floor. That's for the black water vent line. It'll be inside the bathroom wall when done. Bought a 30x24 shower pan that'll be in front of the toilet. That's enough for tonight. More to follow next week!

That's my new converter on the floor. I'm gonna try to get it temporarily installed tomorrow, as to do away with the home line load center on the wall.

Worked on the bathroom this weekend some.. Framing it up. I've got FRP to glue to the shower walls, then going to stain the plywood on the other walls.. Lots more to do, but definitely making progress.
I like the 2x2 lumber. But one thing to watch for is twisting and bowing. It makes the wall building a little more challenging, but with working it correctly, and good bracing, it appears to be workable.
the back wall is a bit bowed at the top on one corner. But once I get the other plywood into place, I believe I can pull the top corner forward with a couple of screws into the side bathroom wall.

got the battery tray made and installed for the front end: Will hold 2 golf cart batteries (or other large ones), and leave room for a few ratchet straps, bungies, etc.

Got some more work done this weekend. When it's cold outside, it's nice working in the trailer. But going in and out of the cold is a bit bothersome..
I got the cabinet framed up where the oven is going, and you can see the panel mounted below it.
Image

Got the water heater installed, and hole cut in wall for installation. No matter how many times I do it, cutting holes is still a blood pressure increasing event..

A little more progress over the last week....
got some framing done for the front cabinets and counter
Image

Also had to do some more mods on the grey water tank, to add my inlet fittings and vent line.. When I did the black water tank, I had purchased plasti-mend (neat stuff) for "welding" ABS items..
Well I had used the quart of that stuff (70 dollars)
So I was searching for a less expensive alternative. Then I found a few different "recipes" for ACETONE and ABS Shavings, legos, bits and pieces of ABS plastic.. So I figured what the heck, I'll try it..
Here's the results

Got some more work done on the shower-bathroom

Still have to install the tileboard on the other small walls, and get the FRP on the ceiling.. A combination of adhesive and the drive rivets seemed to work well..
