Thanks for the info. Are the radius available to the general public
and is there a link????? Curious minds and all that ... ;) .
Great work around for us with zero wielding abilities or equipment.

Well this is where we get them... http://www.eckcoplastics.com/My_Homepage_Files/Page4.html but it looks like bulk quantities. Not sure about smaller orders. I had to cut mine thinner to 1 1/8". They came at 1 1/2" thick. It would have been almost as easy to make wood ones.

Looks like I'll re-locate my wood rasp ...
Thanks for the link and info.

Well the weather has finally turned nice. Time to break out the tools and get back to it.

Finished insulating the walls. Added blocking in the front wall for swing-out tv mounting. Got the underlayment panel up and one window installed just in time for an early season camp-out with the new tow rig. Next will be the decor paneling and storage cabinet and bed.

Looking good. I like your window, do you mind if I ask where you got it?

Hi Cindy!

Lucky for me I work at an RV Manufacturer (Outdoors RV Mfg. in La Grande, OR) so I can get all my stuff for cost. It is a window that we use on our low end product.

My bike doesn't leak either but accidents happen and I had one on my first trip with my CT. I had a tie down strap fail and my bike fell over against a wall spilling gas. :x Luckily I used Rustoleum Epoxy Paint for concrete floors. I wiped it up, sprayed it with electric parts cleaner, wiped it up again. No odor after 10 minutes. Cracks have shown up but they are all minor. I am planning on putting on a second coat on sometime. I like the texture of yours and was just curious. Hope you have good luck with yours.

hA...I'm eating my words now :) I overfilled my gas tank and it spewed gas thru the vent onto the deck...left a stain but so far no damage to the coating that I can see.

Paneling installed and put in one of the rear windows today. Still have two more of these to install on the doors...

Looks good! You never get done with the conversions. Always something more to do. :-) How is your solar panel working for you?

Quadriderdad, Howdy;

Truly enjoying watching your build come together. I forgot to ask
earlier, what have you been using to cut the holes for the windows?

At the moment it is just sitting there doing nothing. I don't have all the electrical complete and no batteries as of yet. I'm going to add two more solar panels before I close up the ceiling...another 150W and a 5W that I have had sitting around for years.

Hi Hank
Well the window on the wall I used a router which is very slick and makes a clean cut hole. This was do-able since the window is framed in. On the door I used a jig saw 'cause the door is solid plywood. I forgot to take pictures of the door rebuild/window install. I'll get some on the next door I do. I decided to rebuild the doors. They were kinda flimsy and after taking one apart I can see why...They cheaped out and made the door from two pieces of ply instead of one solid piece and none of it was glued or anything. Just held together with the side extrusions. So I beefed it up, added my interior panel to match and cut the hole for the window while I was at it.

Quadriderdad, Howdy;

Thanks for the info. Just trying to get a handle
on the different tools folks use to "get'er done."

Got some more work done over the three day Memorial weekend...
Starting to feel like my efforts are finally coming together.

Got another window in the rear doors...
Pretty cheap that they spliced plywood for the doors!! In the beginning I thought the doors were gonna be foam insulated and that it was just the inside skin that was spliced but nope.

Door apart with window cut out...

And done...

Finished corners...
I wrapped the metal corners with an adhesive paper that matches the interior paneling...

The front corners I am leaving loose until I know that I have all the wiring from the batteries and solar array complete.

Very nice.

I have thought about opening up my doors to insulate them and brace for a door lock. Were they hard to get apart? Did you open up the inside or the outside? Any does or don'ts that you ran into? Difficult to get rehung and aligned?

Thanks!
