It's taking me three times as long as I originally thought. Insulating, so far, was the worst. It just didn't seem like I was making any progress. Once the walls starting going back on I felt a little better.
So, in 7 hours today I got pretty much all of the wiring roughed in, all the plywood walls in place, and a couple sheets of luann up on the ceiling. While I worked away at the wiring and wall panels my wife built interior cabinets and painted the ceiling panels.

All the wiring roughed in. I had to shim the interior panel of the air conditioner to allow access for the electrical wiring:

A couple ceiling panels in. I need to buy some additional screws.
