The video looks great. I’m sure on your tube you will get the internet welding pros go tell ya how you did.

One suggestion when welding vertically, start at the top and weld down the joint. Point your tip up so your pushing the weld.

Also when you miss pull the trigger on the welder cut the wire off. Makes for less mess later

All else it looks like Ike a fantastic install and the motor sounds like it loves the new bed frame!

Cool! I was living in Fl when the first shuttle went up, watched it from the front yard.

Yep, made it through the pandemonium so far. Been expecting to maybe see you bipping around these parts. When you get out west, and happen to be in the Zion, Bryce Canyon area, we might have to meet up! I'm definitely looking forward to your next build.

Well heading out for a 4 day camping trip on Lake Kissimmee. Should be good. Well before the 4th of July crowds.. Will have power and a water hookup this time. Surely will be running the AC. It is hot!

Ice maker... Hmmm...
Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing, for a while. 8)

Have a good trip.
We're probably going to do a weekend after the holiday. I hear Highlands Hammock is nice... or maybe south to the Glades or Keys.

Had a great time camping and hiking (got in ~ 20 miles). Lake Kissimmee State Forest is a nice place. Beautiful Oak Hammock. . Glad I had the icemaker!

Karebru.... on your Avatar... what is that bird. Are they in Florida? I think I saw one very similar today on the way out of the State Forest.

Saw a few deer right behind the camper. My dog was a quiet enough not to scare them off right away.

Mornin' Don.
The bird is a Crested Caracara. (South American.) They're classified as falcons, but act more like a pimped out turkey buzzard... Almost as big.
There's a localized population in the Buckingham Rural Preserve area, east of Ft Myers. No doubt there are more up into central Florida.
They seem to like open farm land near tree lines.
Venison. It's what's for dinner. ;)

Thanks.. that was a cool looking bird, but could tell it was not native.

Let me know how the Glades are if you go. I have not yet explored most of Florida's State Parks, and so far, they seem very nice.

Hey @flboy! I'm glad to see you're still at it. Sadly, we're not getting much use out of ours due to the fat it's lacking ac still but I'm motivated (once again).

Hi. Good to hear from you. Air Conditioning is not an option at my house. My wife calls it a "life support system". It will be a game changer in terms of comfort as you well know. Take care.
