Just like that. I will try this mesh though. I think I can avoid slits all together and use like shower curtain. I have something in mind. That green mesh will look awesome. ordering it today. That picture shows tan but I will get green. Tough stuff according to the info.
Thanks Don.
Tommy,
I make all kinds of covers out of Tyvek house wrap. I make rain flys, lawnmower covers, tent floors/footprints etc. I usually stop by construction sites and they will give me the remnants of a roll. The stuff is amazing. It breaths yet is water tight. It makes great popup tent walls to keep the wind and rain out. When I first started using it, it was noisy but then I found out you can put it in washing machine then dryer and it gets soft. It takes 2 or 3 washings. The thing I like about it is it packs down to nothing compared to a blue tarp. If you get a grommet kit you can make attachment points easily. If you sew you can put seams on it if you don't you can use Stitch Witchery and an iron and bond your seams for a finished look. Double sided 3M VHB tape also works well.
The only downside is I have never found it without the Tyvek logos all over it. Do a youtube search I'm sure there are plenty of videos of folks using it. I know my brother in law bought a cover for his side by side done on ebay for 35.00.
Something to look at.
