I tell visitors to watch out for the fungus growing on the ceiling. (That freaks some of them out!)

Well...not much to tell. I get tired of looking at bare walls and ceilings. Variation is good. Plus, when it's 25 degrees outside and 4 months until the next warm day, I like to be reminded of things tropical, places of past vacations and the promise of summer's good camping.

I added an 18x 24 in. mirror and a whiteboard/corkboard combo last week. (The mirror gives the illusion of depth and more space.).

Eventually, I'll figure out how I'm going to construct a quickly removable arching pyramid on the rear doors that disassembles in 20 seconds when we get to the campsite. (The only thing I miss about a teardrop is the 1 MPG increase I got towing it vs. not towing it down the highway. Towing a cargo trailer at 55 MPH eats about 2 MPG off the fuel efficiency.)

I painted and installed 51 AirTabs (for tractor trailer rigs) on the back of my cargo trailer. They give better fuel efficiency by breaking the rolling vortex of wind behind the trailer at highway speeds, as noted in previous post and company's website.

I have seen bicylists (particularly recumbent riders) who have fashioned tailboxes out of coroplast to achieve the same thing that you are looking for. The HPV guys are really into reducing drag. I have used this stuff for making large temporary signs and they have held up well in heavy thunderstorms with the associated winds, however, I don't know if coroplast would stand up to highway speeds.

Maybe do a google search on "HPV tailbox", or "recumbent tailbox" for some ideas.
