Nice job and the install of the panels looks clean :applause:

There are a couple of different hole saw kits sold by HF, one with cheap saws and a second with pinned and lock nuts ... the latter is much better and will give less problems with the arbor.

Good job...

Solar install is complete and functioning properly. I have no experience with electrical except for past minor wiring on some boats. The instructions that come with solar equipment are very thorough and, to me, very wordy. This intimidated me for a while. I dealt with Handy Bob and referred to his blog photos a lot. He was great and had answers to several key questions that I couldn't find elsewhere. Now that its finished, it was fairly simple and straight forward. I did many trips to the store for connectors, screws, etc and spent a lot in small purchases. My next install will no doubt go much faster and somewhat cheaper. I plan to have an off grid cabin soon and feel confident I can do that system too.

Enclosed the rack that holds batteries on trailer tongue. Laminated thin sheet metal (galvanized flashing) to 1/4" ply to help reflect some heat from new Trojan 105's

Left Mississippi 2 weeks ago on a long fly fishing trip. Have fished n camped through AL, TN, KY, WV, MD and PA. So far the trailer has been great. I did change the bed set up and am glad I did. Have needed the room to move around. Solar setup has been perfect. Once I got to West VA I haven't needed the AC. Am currently in mountains of PA and temps are in the 40s n 50s. Pics to come
