@88ball_99 Super interested what you did for a conversion for a Pioneer 1000-5. Same rig. Would love some inspiration!

DOOD, I don't get notifications. I've put my trailer away for the season so I won't be working on it for awhile.

As far as 8Ball_99 and his build if you google "8Ball_99 cargo trailer" it brings up a number of his threads on various forums.
Here is the link that started it all for me. https://www.rzrforums.net/threads/cargo ... ost-664416

There are also a couple facebook groups that have a lot of traffic for this topic. Facebook is a cesspool but lots of traffic in the Cargo Trailer Conversion groups, There are like 5 of them now.

This thing is great, kinda heavy to tow up to the mountains with my gas truck though. I need to get it weighed.
I need to finish the cabinets, and the other half of the interior walls and ceiling.

Just weighed my build at a CAT scale. It was very easy with the app, no talking to anyone.
4,920lbs empty, 7,140lbs fully loaded with my 50" RZR.

Glad I got the upgraded axles.

Awesome build, its a good thing you planned your axles well. 8) Did you get weighed at the scales at I-70 and Ward? I've driven by that sign for years...

Finally finished my bathroom.

I used subway tile wall panels from menards, and the PVC trim from the big box stores. Brad nailer and some construction adhesive attached it all. Used some NON-silicone calking on the seams.

Also mostly finished the cabinets too. I still need to re-do the cabinet faces. Wood working is not my main skill.
Used some "shelf fencing" designed to keep shoes on the shelf above the fridge. I usually chuck most my bulky stuff above the fridge anyways. I might go back and add a pull out drawer behind the fridge. Something tall that pulls out sideways.
