Hey Tommy,
You guy's are great, and funny. Gotta say, I'm impressed at your ability digest and process information. Handy stuff that data. The more you know, .... well, you know..
I'll keep my fingers crossed for that hard start cap to be your silver bullet, make a quick afternoon out of it and do your victory dance in the end zone. Crack open a couple cold ones and bask in the glory! Whoo whoo!
On the off chance that PFL (pure friggin luck) doesn't get it, ... Got a plan B ?
Just a little insight from a old timer..
LRA is a bit of a misnomer, in your case it's not locked, just static. To get it off TDC requires some momentary effort or "amps". Once she's moving, it's all RLA from there. If it doesn't move, LRA till "something" gives. There are a lot of "something'"s shown on that schematic and in the guide. They are there to protect the circuit. And yet, the circuit breaker trips. Hmmmm, well, that almost sounds like a clue Mr. Tracey. just sayin'...
I wonder why all those other reefers that NEEDED hard starts didn't trip the breakers? Just PFL, I guess. Or...?
You remember how I asked all those pesky questions and wanted some pics. to begin this Dog and Pony? Just being a PITA I guess. Or....?
You have the manuals, I think I'll leave it right there for now.
