Hey Chief,
I used liquid nails and a 1/4 crown air stapler on mine. The narrow crown is easy to hide with a dab of caulk or putty. I'll cover the seams (on the long edge) with painted wooden lattice strips to give it a more finished look. My ceiling is painted and I'm waiting to finish up the final trim out. I'm waiting to do the trim out until I make sure I have all my electrical runs finished.

I used pan head type screws going into the overhead beams. In my case I added 2x4 crossmembers secured to the aluminum crossmembers.

I purchased WFCO ULTRA III Power Center Model WF-8735Pa for my trailer since I am using more shore power than battery after getting my lights and started my wiring I realize that the negative is not available. Does my light negative runs back to the battery or to the frame? I am pretty sure I am missing something here. Install booklet was no help :frightened:

Use a terminal block-ground block.

If you ground your Battery to the chassis with a heavy gage wire (6 ga would suffice for lower current lights and fans), you can ground each individual circuit to the chassis. That is typically how you would do a 12VDC installation. It saves the run of each ground wire. If you have a bunch of items to ground in a close proximity, you could use a ground terminal that is grounded to the battery for convenience . Electrically, there is no difference.

For high current item such as an inverter, you want that as close to the battery as possible to eliminate line loss, and in that case, you'd wire directly to battery terminals with the same Gage wire.

The positive side needs a terminal block with fuses... but that is what the WF-8735PA does for you.

If you use ground washers and a very small dab of dielectric grease on the ground there is no need to run a separate ground wire as was mentioned earlier.
