Thanks all. Mcdave, it's certainly not the norm on color, but the wife loves it. I thought it would look nice with all the other wood accents. I have to do etrack, then hammock locations and tie down points, and pulls for the cabinets, then I'm calling it quits for a while. I'll eventually insulate and possibly add windows. I was originally going to add a sink and water as well, so we will see on that. Definitely very capable as is. It was always going to be a simple build. Oh, and I do have a 50" tv to hang for rain out trips, but a friend is currently borrowing it. That goes on the wall above the counter. I'm also going to touch up some frame spots that need it and caulk a few more places. Anyways, I'm looking forward to Fall camping/riding.McDave wrote:Wow! Very Nice. Bold choice of color, but it looks good in there. It may make a lot of sense to go with a dark color to hide the dirty hand prints that go with riding and camping. You will know soon.. You OK'ed this with the Mrs. .. right? Good! Well I like it. Let's see, floors cabinets, murphy bed, electrical, A/C, fridge, coffee pot... Gotta be getting close, certainly useable and comfortable. Good job XR!
Fun times headed your way.

The great thing about the 20 footer is that I still have the cabinet storage and floor space in the very front. I was originally looking at 16', but I think this is going to be better in the long run.hankaye wrote:XR-duous, Howdy;

In a former life you were the lead packer at a Sardine factory, right???

Yes...hoping to hit the scales this weekend after its fully loaded.McDave wrote:That's impressive. As far as the weight and balance, just try to keep the bulk of the weight over the axles. Here is a tool that may help you some in deciding what goes where, but at some point you will want to hit the scales and shoot for 15% of total on the tongue. https://www.engineersedge.com/calculato ... alance.htm
