I need to put another hole in the wall. Seems like that is a continual theme here on the forum.
Screwed some boards to the wall as a rotozip guide.
Image

Moved the upright guide to the right side and finished cutting the 3/8" interior osb. "NOTE" Should have cut the right side first.
When following a guide, cutting clockwise works best.
Image

Cleaned out some insulation and cut a notch out so that my dog dish would be in the right position. DOG DISH? Whaaat?
Image

Made this board as a backup/cutting guide/spacer. Screwed a 1/4" piece of mdf on to make it exactly 1"
Image

Slid it nicely into place.
Image

Screwed the dog dish to a board. Used a 3 1/2" hole saw in the drill press and after a lot of noise I had a hole.
Even thin stainless is not fun to cut.
Image

The hole needed to be just a little bigger than 3 1/2" so I rounded off the edge of this aluminum bar to use as an anvil,
then rounded the edge of the hole with a ball peen hammer.
Image

Gooped it up with silicone and screwed it in the hole. Sorry I didn't get a pic of the hole in the outside skin,
I cut it from the inside with the rotozip.
Image

I needed a line that sloped 3 deg up from the top of the hole. So I printed one and extended it with the tape you see.
Image

And that is how I am venting my hot water heater!! :D The pipe needed to slope 3 deg so rainwater doesn't run into the heater.

View from the outside. The dog dish helped keep it from sticking out too far.
This particular tankless WH sucks outside air for combustion.
Air is sucked in through the outside pipe and exhaust comes out the inside pipe.

Nice, but a little intimidating.

It is a small step forward, But a step forward nonetheless. Installed and painted the bathroom chair rail.

Kind of excited. My Seaflo shower sump showed up today. Ive thought long and hard about my shower drain geometry and I just don't want to lower the gray water tank that low. Sooo, I think this is going to be a great solution.

Hi. That pump is interesting. How and where does that get mounted? Is your gray water tank inside the trailer?

I suppose you could put the tank just about anywhere, but I am going to put it underneath up against the floor. As for the sump, it is designed for boats. It needs to have access to the top, so I will have to figure out a way to swing or pull it out from under the trailer.

The valves are mounted, YAY !!!!!

View from underneath. Had originally planned to attach to frame with 1/4" sheet metal screws, however,
the frame is pretty hard stuff and stripped the screws. Ended up tapping the holes.

Are you left handed? I noticed your dump release handle is left hand pull. Or do you just want to be a little further away when you pull that.
I like how you mounted it. I used plumbers helper as a temp- still haven't finished it.
