slide out

has anyone done a slide out on thhe side of their cargo and if so how did it work out . I'm going to be adding one this winter any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Search the older posts on this forum and click on the albums of those who answered. There are some examples. I especially liked the one that slides out the back. 8)

while the name escapes me there is a factory built fold out cargo looking trailer being built.
not a tru slid just fold out.

thank's but i'mgoing to keep it all hard sides the slide willbe about 53" long and 48" tall and 12" deep

I think what he is talking about is where the wall slides out. Not the cabinets.. like this.... http://tnttt.com/album_ ... c_id=66841

Thats a great idea. My Dad has a 28' Fifth wheel RV with a huge slide in the side. I will have a look at it and see what I can figure out.

As I said, I am just in the planning stages of my first build. I own a 30' RV that I use when I go away with my wife and 3 kids. But I think that is a large unit to pull when I go away on my own. I travel for my a lot for my freelance photography business. I would like to build a trailer that will be set up for sleeping and a photography " office"
