Does spray on insulation from a can exist?

The ceiling of my trailer gets super hot in the summer, and I want to cover the entire aluminum ceiling with a layer of foam. I'd prefer to use some sort of spray foam from a can - but gap filler won't work since it's the entire surface area of the roof. Does anyone know of a spray on insulation that comes in a can that would work for a whole aluminum ceiling? The trailer is 18 hours drive away in Baja and it would be tough for me to bring enough sheet insulation with me in my car.

Yes, there is a type you can get, but I am not sure what it is called.
I just see it a lot on Mike Holmes show, either Holmes on Homes, or Holmes inspection. You should be able to find it on his web site

You can get it at most hardware stores Homedepot / Lowes / Ace. Looks like this:

The handi foam was the stuff I was thinking about. I have also seen it on DIY Disasters

I know that del used the Great Stuff canned foam to insulate his Jelly Belly TD, but it took a lot of cans, and a lot of patience.
It also looks rather like the inside of a coffin.
But, it can be done.

And the GREAT STUFF.....is hard to clean up......if it gets on things including you.....its work to remove it
You also have to calculate the expansion of the insulation. I only used it to fill cracks

You could score across the regular pink/blue insulation from home depot or Lowes about 75-80% of the thickness and then use liquid nails to just glue it to the inside – I’m guessing that would be a fair amount easier to do than the Ghost-buster-good shootin’-TX method of applying it from a foam can!

Just stop by your local Insulation contractors shop with your trailer at about 5 pm and bring a case of beer and talk to the guys in the back.
you'll have a insulated roof in 5 minutes.
