8ft x 4ft CT to off-roader with two slide-outs - Year 2

Year 2, saw a roof mod.

I found it was not practicle to stand up and change clothes in the CT, so I cut into the roof.



The roof rails were shortened and the detachable roof was fitted. Note the moulding looks like a roof box ..... well it is ..... but without a base.



The above photo shows the inside .... at the top of the photo is the detachable roof.



The CT also grew an awning for the kitchen area.

That was year 2 !

That's some radical surgery. I admire your confidence... I couldn't have made the first cut into the fiberglass.
