Just came home from another great camping experience with my CTC Pace American All went well. We camped at the Tallulah Gorge State Park in northeast Georgia. The state park there is awesome. At $18 a day it is a bargain. Campsite came equipped with water, electricity, fire ring, and BBQ grill. Hot showers and clean rest rooms. Cant ask for much better.
During the day we drove around and did lots of exploring. Wonderful place.....even the MRS loved it.....and she usually doesnt like camping.
Even though it was hot we still had fun cooling off in the river and lake. And back at camp the 5000 btu air conditioner kept the inside of my CTC at a very cool 70 degrees.
Happy Camping

Sounds like you had a great time up there Kevon. I love going up to the falls especially for day trips and camping. I like them but my body hates the steps

. Ya'll should come up the Cloudland Canyon this September with the Ga, AL and some of the TN Tearjerkers for a gathering we're having there. Keep on camping and enjoying your CT.

No problem Kevin, go over and join the TJ site (link is above menu) and you'll see a bunch of gatherings for different states. Besides that one there is one at Tybee Island in Oct.

Absolutely love it

I take it with me when we camp with the boy scouts,
easy cooking after a long day of hiking, or early morning biscuits. Good investment! Thanks on the camper...my first build, I'm a cook not a carpenter, but someday I'd like to try my hand at building a teardrop.

Of course it is Glamoree!! Check on the TJ site under either GA, AL and I think even under TN's for more info. It should be a really good gathering of all sorts or tears and TTT and maybe a cargo or 2.

Planning another trip back up there next week. Maybe the weather will be cooler. Also plan to do some boondocking in the National Park. Havent taken the PACE on that type of trip yet....so really looking forward to it. This trip will be alone because the wife is back at college. So I will be camping alone till the next semester break.
