6X14 V-Nose Conversion Start to Finish 6 weeks

The enclosed webpage shows the start to finish of my Wells cargo V-Nose camper conversion. I used marine vinyl to cover all panels. I have both Shore power and internal marine battery 12 vdc Systems. Took it to lake Amador for a test trip a couple of weeks ago. Only fault was a minor water leak when connected to a water supply. I made all of the cabinets and frames using a Balsa cored 3/4" ply that is super light yet quite strong. !/4" ply used on wall skins over 1 1/2" insulation foam panels. Latex expandable foam to fill voids. Flooring is a vinyl floating plank from home depot and works really well.
Biggest issues was the lack of straight walls and even stud spacings making everything requiring a custom fit. Cost to convert about $4500 which includes all systems fittings etc.
Traveling with this thing is so easy behind my Dodge Ram 4.7L two wheel drive truck. Had to climb a lot of very steep long grades between Reno NV and the lake in California. Even with on board water tank filled 50% the camper felt very light and maneuverable. I figure about 600 LB added with the conversion.
For sleeping I have a coleman double queen air bed that is very comfy. This I had to buy after my first campout as the original went flat the first night. I have a ramp so can also carry my full sized ATV in the back with the mattress folded.
Check it out with the following link. For anyone interested the home segments button will take you to another link showing my Fiat Spider restoration and other goodies.
