Converting Cargo Trailers into TTTs

Burningman/camping conversion

I just picked up a trailer yesterday. She's a flat front 2005 Covenant 7x16.

The previous owner pulled the a/c unit from the roof. No real skin off my nose, since it didn't work anyway. My concern though is that the roof looks walked on, and sealed with silicone.

I may just have to pressure wash the roof and scrape all that stuff off and just seal the whole thing. I'll look at that more once i get a new fan in and do a water test.

She's also already been wired up for 110, florescent lights, rubber floors and outlets. I'll need to pull most of it, because I doubt it will work into my plans with the current set up.

All I need to do now is measure and come up with a more accurate game plan.
