Just saw this on a deals site I look at daily. I had no idea they had a magnetic closure "screen door" for garage door openings. At $17.23 after shipping, I'm going to give it a try.

Just thought I'd share in case anyone else wanted another 'thing' laying around that they mean to install... one of these days...

Hehe

I bought one and it has aluminum tubes at the bottom and not much weight a little wind will raise the screen,so I cut the bottom and took out the tubes and added BB's to add weight and make the screen flexable at the bottom.
It is a very fine mesh it has 2 small magnets and doesn't do much to hold the the screens together>?
I was going to make a screen door and had bought the screen from lowes but I would have to find someone to sew it so I bought this one. it does have gromets in place so I found some screw in hooks to put it in place.
works good so far.

Sweet, glad someone has already tried this. At less than $20, it seems a little effort to make it workable would be fine compared to the one's I see on eBay for $130.

Thanks for the link. I just bought one too. Hopefully they work fairly well.
