Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Has anyone ever purchased a trailer from directbuytrailers.com? Are they easy to deal with? Are their trailers decent? The website is pretty vague. Does anyone know where their factory is? The website doesnt say. Just hoping somebody has previous experience with this company. Im looking to buy a 7x14 single axle.
