Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

The guy that had it advertised says its about 8yrs old and not used much. Tires look new and from what I can tell it does not have a scratch on it. No cracks on the wood inside. Have no idea of the brand but it looks like the ones Lowe's sells. No trailer brakes and a little surface rust on the frame. The only problem is its been sitting a while and has weeds grown up around it. I need to make him an offer. What do you think?

What are some things I should look for in a good used trailer? I will be building it out, putting in a window and an AC unit.

I don't know prices I will tell you what a friend paid for a 5X10 $900 it has a small door in the back not double
it too is about 8 to 10 years old it also was in good running condition.
a trailer that has been sitting may need new tires and the bearings must be repacked before pulling very far or packed before it's moved.
good luck just offer low you can always go up on price.
I'm sure you have a price in mind if you feel comfortable with that use it as a high limit.
if you are like me the moment you buy something you'll see one better and cheaper.
