6x12 CT + Popup = Conversion?

Hello all,
I've been sneaking around this forum for a while, gathering ideas, and I've finally started my own conversion. Figured I'd go ahead and register so everyone can see my progress as well.
I have a 6x12 single axle ramp door trailer, that I've had for a while, and I cut a hole in the roof, added a Fantastic to it, and added a latch so I could lock the door from the inside. As of now, that's all the work I've done to the trailer.
I spent one night in it, with a cot and a catalytic heater last November during hunting season. Wasn't too cold out, so I only had to run the heater for about 15 minutes all night.
I recently acquired a damaged popup trailer for $100 from my uncle. He hasn't used it in two years, and it had some roof damage, so I figured most of it would be scrap. Once I popped it up however, I was glad to see that only the outer fabric was damaged, and some of the wood on the outer walls. I was able to scavenge the refrigerator, furnace, inverter, water tank, sink, manual pump, lights, stove, battery box, cushions, mattresses, shore power line, and a lot of the hardware so far.
I plan to make the CT sleep four. The Mrs & I, and our two boys. I don't need a bathroom, so I'll be saving that space. I don't really need a sink either, but since I have all the equipment for one, I'm going to go ahead and add it. I basically need sleeping area, and cooking area. A dinette would be good too... but I'm not sure I'll have enough room for one. We'll see. The trailer needs to retain as much cargo space as possible too. I have a small four wheeler, and a motorcycle that will be taken from time to time.
Here's some pictures of the popup disassembly (click the pics to head to my build blog w/ more pics):
