Converting Cargo Trailers into TTTs

If I were to sell my cargo almost conversion....

Postby shortycas » Thu Aug 09, 2012 11:59 am

Hey, guys....had a question I thought you may be able to help me with. We've got a cargo conversion that we are not quite finished with. We may have an opportunity to get another camper at a great deal, so was considering selling our conversion, since we just don't have time to finish it. Was going to see what you guys thought we could be able to sell it for. Was hoping someone had advice. I have a post with pictures on this thread, under "our 7x18 conversion...slowly but surely." Here's the link for that:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=36618.
There's not pics yet of the heating unit and RV fridge on the post yet.

Here's what the trailer has, and what we have done so far:

7x18 ft. black cargo trailer
rooftop a/c unit that works great
2 bunk beds in the back that are built with heavy duty steel square tubing....the top one is on shocks and folds up, and the bottom one tri-folds up against the wall...this is so you can rear load toys.
laminate peel and stick flooring (some is coming up, and will have to resecure it)
sink
water heater
gas RV heater
table and 2 booths that convert to bed
gas/electic mini rv fridge with small freezer
one window
right now the walls are all insulated, and plan to at least finish the whiteboard that we have on the walls, but all the walls are not covered with white board at moment
front counter
all electrical is done (inverters and stuff....my husband is better at explaining that lol) except there's only 1 set of wall outlets currently

I think that's most of it....what do you guys think? What would you expect to sell yours for?
