Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Whats everybody using? I think that i would rather have something mounted permanant vs. Settin one out everytime we set up.

On my last all fiberglass trailer I used an amplified one from wall-mart worked very well thru the fiberglass walls.
On my other trailers I used the folding crank-up type with amplifier If I were to go with one for a CT I would once again use the folding crankup type.

you do know you have just opened another discussion about "TV OR NOT TO TV"
"whether it is better to have watched TV and lost a siginal than not to have watched TV at all"

This is what I used and could not be happier. We get plenty of channels, all crystal clear.
It's a powered (12 volt) antenna that rotates. It even has a set of blue indicator lights that show you when you are "dialed-in" on the station.

Our TV is an AC/DC model with a built in DVD player. We use the wall mount but take the TV down and carry it in the car while going down the road. I'm not going to trust my new TV to one little 1/4 inch bolt.
Also one little hint...don't hang it too high, we had to drop it down about 6" from our first mount because it was hard on your neck to look up so high.









We love this set-up. I'm glad it works, now my wife will actually come with me in the camper.
