On to the kitchen cabinets. After a LOT of care ful measuring and planning I came up with this simple design. I still needed to be able to use the d-rings and the wheel chock that is just in front of the refigerator. I considered having a custom countertop made but the exspense was prohibitive. I made my own out of plywood and put several thick coats of paint on. After 4 years of quite a bit of use it still looks new. I found 2 RV drawers to mount under the counter for even more storage. I later painted the cabinet door black to match all the other cabinet doors.

Installed the sink. For drain lines I am using 3/4 id water hose. I was able to rig up a connection out of this and that and it works. In campgrounds my sink and shower drain to the sewer hook up or at motorcycle rallys out on private land I usually just let it drain on the ground since it is only grey water.

This is a picture of where my shower and sink drains are connected and mounted under the edge of the trailer. The three hoses in the center are running from the water tank.

I then went on to build the upper kitchen cabinet which would house the microwave and of course be storage. It later gets doors but they're not in these series of pictures.

Installed the stereo under the upper kitchen cabinet with a mount I found on EBAY. I made some panels to cover the wiring in the upper corners betweent the walls and ceiling. One speaker is mounted over the entrance door and the other 3 will eventually be in the upper cabinets in the back of the trailer,

Then it was time to build the back cabinets to give me some more much needed storage. The lights under these cabinets are the original overhead lights that were in the trailer.

Trimmed out the bathroom entrance with some alum. angle. We have a black curtain that is used for the door for privacy mounted on a shower curtain rod.

Built my folding bed/sofa frames. These are somewhat over built and are unnecessarily heavy. The table (actually 2) fit in between and make a bed that is bigger than a kingsize bed. I made the legs(not pictured here) out of square alum tube and some hinges and some rubber leg bottoms.

I mounted the beds just high enough to be able to get my coolers, generator, ect underneath just in case of bad weather while the beds are down. underneath is also good storage for chairs, canopies, etc while camping and yet getting everything out of the way in such a small space.

Purchased this screen door for the ramp. Works good but seldom use it due to outside temps or if I am at a rally it is so dusty I don't like to leave the trailer open. The size wasn't perfect for this size trailer but it is workable. It mounts with velcro and magnets.

Added little details TV-DVD combo, fire extinguisher, smoke-carbon monoxide detector.

Here is a picture of the trailer loaded with my little 8ft two man boat. Nice to be able to go camping some places and not have to make two trips to get the camper and the boat!

Trailer loaded with our 2 smaller bikes headed to Sturgis SD and a pic of our camp on the last morning at the Buffalo Chip in 2011. Going to Sturgis (a 2500 mile round trip) was always my main motivation for this build. After 20 years of wishing we finally made it in 2010 and 2011. Sure we will go again soon also. That is one trip I never want now to take on a bike. Long boring drive between home and there. Notice the trailer now has roof air unit
