Nope but it's not a great a deal. For just a bit more you can get twice the capacity and a name brand controller.

Thanks guys,
I am trying to get as much info as I can get while I am waiting to order my CT. I am close to buying a 6x14 unit. I think I have a good idea where I am headed for the toilet, shower, holding tanks, water supply and bedding. All of the great information and experiences posted by the many users of this forum have been extremely helpful.
Next I need to have a better handle on what I want to do about power (120V, 12v, etc) so when I came across these HF panels the other day, it just got me to think about that aspect of the electrical system.
I quickly reviewed the other links posted and it sounds like as I learn about solar power, I can do better then the HF units. I will go back and study the inputs in more detail. Thank you to all for your quick and informative responses. I will be sure to post my progress and ideas once I get started for real.

After reading and digesting your replies, I did looked at your links and did some more Googling and picked up a lot of information. I thought this part of the project would be extremely difficult, but now I see that it is not necessary so if you rely on your fellow CTr's and you own research work. I think a 100 W min unit will be right up there on my early installations of items in my new CT when I start it soon.

Looks like you're off and running. Now's the time to do an energy audit and use the results to size your solar panel. It's very easy to ready, shoot, aim with solar.
