Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I'm planning a td inspired ctc. I'm gonna be working with a 5×10 flat nose. My question is, what depth galley should I consider and be able to fit a full size bed? I was thinking maybe the depth of a sliding cooler should do the job. Any input would be welcome.

The slide out galley saves floor space as it can tuck under the bed. Here is the teardrop version of it. I'm thinking about doing a similar thing in my CT.
