GarArnett 6x10 Conversion in eastern KY

Been a member here for far too long to have not started a build yet. A few weeks back, I finally began by removing the sidewalls. This past weekend I replaced the front floor section that was rotted (and the new section fits better too). I also installed the side door RV latch and framed the roof vent. My trailer had no vent in it at all. Next up is cutting the hole in the roof and putting in the vent (was raining this past weekend, didn't wanna do it when it's wet) and insulating the walls. Everything else afterwards is yet to be decided. The design parameters are that my Harley fit inside easily, and that it have a double bed for trips with my wife. Haven't decided on the wheel chock yet, as I'm looking for something that is removable with the least protrusions from the floor, but I want one that allows the bike to be free-standing like the Baxley style chocks (just cheaper, like harbor freight). Pictures to follow soon.

Other things some of you might want to know:
Trailer Homesteader 6x10 single axle, barn door rear door. trailer is probably 10 yrs old or more. (I'd have to look at the title)
I'm in east Kentucky, near the Va and WV borders.
I've been camping for decades but can count the nights in an rv on 2 hands, with fingers left over.

Personally to me it's CONFUSING AS HELL ... As to who is doing what ??
Terms like new conversion, my conversion, my 6 x 12 , my 7 x 16 , just started my conversion,
Ordered a new CT ....... Yada .....Yada .....Yada are all extremely non descript !!!

Could you all please pick something like "for example"

What adhesive are you guys using when installing the foam insulation in your trailers?

Most that I have found are not using any. Just cut the foam where it is a tight fit. It'll stay in place very well. The plywood, Luan or whatever material you choose to use will to cover the walls with take care of it from there.

I haven't used any adhesive. Just work toward a tight fit.

From what I heard (gossip?), if you bond the foam and alum skin together it isn't good. It doesn't allow the alum to move and expand etc, and can lead to wrinkles, but I don't know how true that is in all cases.

The above is a poor quality pic of the trailer before I started. Outside will basically stay the same - for stealth purposes, and I'm a cheap bastard. Some of the following are not great quality, basically because of low light. Intend to post all work to date below.
