How do you stow/hide your potties?

I recently got a Thetford Curve and I'm thinking about making a cabinet to put it in with a hinged top and front. I'll probably put a cushion on the top and use it as a bench when not "in use" and somehow attach it to the e-track on my floor to keep it moveable. I'm just curious what others have done with theirs.

I fold up my Pett and slide it under the bed. I always keep a couple of the disposable Wag bags inside it so its ready to be quickly set up. Extra bags go in a cupboard. It goes from folded to ready for use in about a minute.

We use a Shower Tent. Only about 3' square and 7' tall. Looks like a miniature tent, takes about 2 minutes to setup. Porta-Potti sits on a 6 inch riser I made. We put the unit behind the back edge of trailer.

I thought about one of those, I even found one with two "rooms" one for the shower and the other for potty/changing. The thing is though, there are some places I go that do not allow tents, they are trailer only, so that option wont work for me.

Here, at night, you see it:

Here, during the day, it hides:

Mine gets used way too often to hide it away. Sits in the bathroom just like the toilet at home.

S Heisley that's some mighty nice cabinet work and an elegant biffy solution.

Not a lot of room to spare in the 6 x 10, you know how it is. :D so a friend sewed up this great heavy duty lined 'toaster' cover for the porta pottie, that keeps it discrete until needed.

The T/P roll is inside the cabinet door, that's the four screw heads. Bungee cord keeps the cabinet closed for travel. If the G/F wants more privacy for more than a midnight whizz, I've made attachments for the shower curtain to be hung across and it'll isolate that 3 1/2 feet the trailer. She's such a girl. :applause:

Thank you, Glenlivet. Mine is roughly 5x8.5'.

As you can see, cornfused, everybody has developed the solution that works best for them and they are all cleverly done and work well for them.

I don't know if this is what you really meant by hiding potties or if you meant hiding the potties outside. People who leave their potties outside usually set up a small tent or tent-like structure or shower curtain type of arrangement.

Those are what I was looking for. A place to "hide" it in the trailer. There's some good ideas there to get my mind working. I also noticed a few are raised up a little and I hadn't thought about how it does sit a little low. Thanks for the pictures

Mine will be in the closest I am going to build.
Image a floor to ceiling with 2 doors/sections to it. It will be approximately 2 ft wide. The lower 2 ft section high will have a door only and the upper section will be about 4 ft high for hanging clothes/jackets, etc.

In the lower section, I will have a portable potti on some sort of pull out mechanism for use when needed. I will have a shower/toilet tent outside the trailer for another toilet which will be for solid waste only using one of the many ideas in this forum with ingredients such as peat moss, sawdust, or commercially available waste absorbing product, etc. The interior one will be for wet waste only, mainly for night use by my wife. I might add a way to have a privacy curtain on it, should that become a necessity.

I hope my description is clear.

Just don't come to California (13) or Texas (2+) as they have state AG or immigration inspection stations at the border.
I use it to hide my gold, money & drugs ..... Inspectors never reach inside.

Thanks again for the ideas in this thread. I figured for future reference, so it's all in the same place for others looking to also hide their potties, here's what I ended up doing.
Drawer slides are rated for a 500lb load.
