Hey all, was just looking around online and came across a discussion on another site talking about this Truck U episode. They don't show much of the trailer, but enough to show how to install metal, and a good metal polishing product that I'm going to look into! I really liked the futon idea as well!

Nice find. Good clear demo of putting in a window frame. Nice bunk setup too. Thanks for posting it.

I enjoyed it. It is the first video I have seen which shows me how someone cut the window holes. I suspected it was that easy, but I am visual these days and needed to see it done.

I'll bet they will wish sometime down the "track" that they had insulated it.

Good post..

Bob

Glad to help! Im also a visual person with the window installs….my window and vent are due in tomorrow, so the timing was perfect! Wish they would do a follow up on it on building cabinets etc.

For my cabinets, I plan on building them in place using 1x2 framing secured with kreg tools. There are many you tube videos on Kreg and projects which might have a connection to what you are planning. I want my cabinets to be light and strong and I think doing them in the way I mentioned will give me that result.

Good luck.
