Yes but... why are you replacing the start components?
The purpose of the start components is to allow the compressor to start against head pressure. When the A/C cycles off there is residual head pressure for several minutes until the high and low sides, eventually, reach equilibrium. With a properly sized start circuit the compressor will start against head pressure. Without a start kit the compressor will hum, your lights will dim and after a few seconds the compressor's thermal overload will trip open.
The Supco is a one-size-fits-all generic and what you have is a capacitor and switch matched to your compressor. If you think the OEM start cap and/or switch is bad just replace with like pieces.
If your unit didn't have a start circuit already installed I suppose I'd use a Supco. I use Supco start kits and 3-n-1 kits all the time but I will always use OEM spec parts if I can get them.
FWIW, the other capacitor is a dual cap with compressor run cap and blower run cap rolled into one unit. In my experience you're more likely to experience problems there than with the start cap.
