I did caulk the weather proof cover so I will see how that works. If not I will look for a better enclosure for it. Making some more progress today, I will try to get some more pics up later

Mud Farm, Howdy;
Your external outlet looks pretty much like the one on my Home (5th wheel RV),
except mine is horizontal. Have never had a problem with mine on any RV, for
many years.
Like what you've done with your build.

I'm going with the 2000. I had the same one in an old camper and it heated it great. Another member also recommended I put in a damper to keep more heat in the lower pipe. I think with the damper it should easily heat the trailer. If not I'll have to upgrade and put this one in my deerstand

Sounds like a plan, let us know how it works out!

Mud Farm, Howdy;
Nice job with the framing around the windows and the use of the cleats
for mounting the junction boxes. Where did you find the shallow depth one's ?

My basement lol
We did a complete remodel of our house when we bought it two years ago and I have a stockpile of building supplies left over. I bought most of the stuff at Menards but I think it's only a regional store not nationwide. It's like Home Depot only much better (except HD has better tools)
Thinking of doing vertical e-track in the back half. Problem is the e-track is wider than the vertical studs. Weld in more vertical studs to double them up?

I used to live in Ohio so, am familiar with Menard's as well as Carter's Lumber.
Yep, they be regional...
