Easy towing size. It's panelled, carpeted and has full size tires, even a spare tire.

If you decide to insulate it, spray foam is far and away the best. Never any condensation. Houses in AK are often spray foam insulated, so it ought to be easy to find a guy with a mobile spray foam set up who will do it in an hour.

A skylight lets in more light than a window on the wall.

I especially like the side door. It's operable from both outside and inside, unlike those with the outside bar latch.

The rear ramp can be a porch on occasion.

Good find. Good rig! :thumbsup:

Thanks ya this will be my last year in Alaska so I would rather have a sliding window on the door so I can have airflow still when the doors are closed I plan on adding woe kind of mesh screening to I can keep the bugs out with the door and ramp still open. And I have a roof vent already installed but it is stuck in the closed position so looks like I'm going to be upgrading to a fantastic fan sooner rather than later

Is the tongue on that trailer bent up a little, or is that just an optical illusion from the picture angle? Good luck with the build!

Went ahead and mounted my awning today since I was on duty. I just bolted it through the Side of the trailer.

I am envious of the great shop you have to work in. Large, dry, open space and great lighting.

Thanks guys. ya it's pretty nice to be able to use the hangar on the weekends while on duty. plenty of open space, plus I can wash my truck and trailer in there with 120* water.

CGrotorhead, Howdy;

One of the few things I miss from my time in...
the shop, the tools, the little bits and pieces, to help
finish a project..... the stuff that's so hard to find
in the civilian market... Resources ... :twisted:

Ahahahha ya having the hangar to work in while on weekend duty is pretty nice. $60,000 tool boxes with aircraft grade tools at my disposal and a wash spot that I can wash my truck or trailer with 120* water.

I saw you installed your awning and it motivated me to get mine installed before the rain set in for the fall/winter/spring/early summer (Fort Lewis, WA)
