I know it's not a Cargo trailer... but I picked up a toy hauler.
The PO started to rip up the floor, and gave up on it. The black in the picture is just plastic, there's no floor left.
The floor is completely rotted out, so I know it's leaking somewhere...
What should I use to reseal the roof around the vents, etc ?

tac422, Howdy;

First of all what is the roof made of? More precisely, is it a rubber membrane?
What year and make is the TH? Mostly in the last 10+ years they have been covered with
a rubber coating that is NOT compatible with silicone sealants. The membrane is called EPDM.
Here's a link to a Google search page that should help get you started;
https://www.google.com/search?q=RV+roof ... 8&oe=utf-8
There are tapes and some other types of chalks, some self-leveling, that can help you
get-r-done.

Either Dicor (which comes in self leveling or not self leveling and is in a caulk tube) or eternabond tape.
The Dicor is the better method.
